In fact, when I first began teaching freediving, I originally wanted to call my school Deep Reflections because I was fascinated by the way diving seemed to reflect our internal state.

Dr David Grand discovered it while working with a figure skater who had carried a performance block for years, despite weekly EMDR sessions.
