What is brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful and transformative healing modality, that works directly with the brain's deeper, non-verbal systems — accessing and processing what's held in the body and nervous system at the root level, often far more quickly than traditional approaches.
Through the visual field we access neural pathways that locate, process, and release the sources of our unresolved experiences, limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, physical or emotional pain, trauma, unwanted habits and behaviours, and more.
There is no need to analyse or explain anything. You simply bring what you are experiencing in the present moment, and we allow the brain and nervous system to do the rest.

Talk therapy works through the thinking mind. Brainspotting bypasses it entirely — reaching where our emotions, memories and survival states reside, and where held experiences can be processed and resolved.
No. You simply bring what feels present. We don’t need to know what the story is, just how it affects us now. We let the deep brain work out the rest.
No two sessions are the same. It can feel deeply meditative, trance-like, emotionally releasing, or simply a quiet calm. Your brain and nervous system lead, and you are held in a co-regulated space throughout.
Some goals can shift in one or two sessions; deeper patterns benefit from a series. No fixed number required - it is entirely individual.
Yes, absolutely. Many clients come for performance expansion, creative blocks, self-awareness or general growth.
