BRAIN, BODY AND ENERGY (Combined) SESSIONS

Two Powerful Modalities Integrated

Brainspotting rewires what's held in the deep brain and nervous system. Energetic Alignment works with the body's biofield and physical structure. Experience shows that the modalities support and amplify each other. The result is greater than the sum of its parts.

There is no fixed order — we can do the energy session first to prime the nervous system for the Brainspotting; other times (particularly when addressing physical pain) it supports deeper integration to do it afterwards. We discuss this in the initial consult.

​

The combined session is especially valuable when there is a physical dimension — chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, burnout, or recovery from injury.
