Service Description

01. Pre-Intensive Consult (90 minutes) — goals, intentions, design. 02. 6 hrs Brainspotting Session(s) over 2 or 3 days. Includes expansion work to imprint desired states. 03. Integration Follow-Up (90 minutes) — review, consolidate, next steps. + Optional Energy Healing (in-person only) — 30 or 60 minutes before or after. Highly recommended.
